We purchased antique door fittings and the hinges are fabulous - just as described and a higher quality than I expected for the price. I would most definitely recommend this company.

order arrived very quickly and does what I needed it to do.

Ordered goods, but after several days still hadn't delivered.
Upped the rating slightly because once I rang them to see when they were coming they turned up the next day. Order obviously got caught up in the system and wasn't released until prompted by me.

Took money in December delivered in March

Sent two wrong items that l ordered but did refund me on one, and sent the correct lock straight away.

Order got lost in transit/warehouse. When replacement arrived the eye of one of the bands had to be re-bored in order to fit the hook. Previous order was swift and quality control good - needs a bit more consistency in order to be able to order with confidence.

Product was as described. I would have given 5 stars but the time taken to ship from Ipswich to me seemed an incredibly long time.

Straight forward ordering process and very quick delivery and the bolt was just as described.

Still haven’t receive my item since the 17/12 now the 31/12 paid extra for express delivery
